Do you love to sing but have a schedule that precludes participating in the Cathedral Choir? Then join the Christ Church Singers for a one-time commitment! We’ll rehearse 7:00-8:30 pm on Wednesday, June 25, and sing during 10:00 am worship on Sunday, June 29, with a 9:00 am pre-service rehearsal.

Christ Church Cathedral: Music Live at Lunch

Music Live at Lunch is a free, weekly concert series featuring a variety of music. Bring your own lunch or buy one at the Cathedral. When Cincinnati Public Schools close due to inclement weather, Music Live at Lunch will also be canceled.  This program will resume in the Fall.​​

Journey to Türkiye

We start this season with a trip to the former center of the Ottoman Empire, which introduced kahve (coffee) to Europe, and inspired composers to include pseudo-Turkish melodies and themes in their work. Join our Summermusik Woodwind Quintet and Turkish musicians led by co-curator Óscar Salamanca as they explore traditional and modern Turkish music and the influences of the Ottoman Empire on Western classical music.

The season opens in grand fashion with Spohr’s lively, beautifully scored Nonet for Winds and Strings with rising-star violinist Kristin Lee returning to perform with members of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and College-Conservatory of Music faculty members.
