Palooza in the Library! 2023
Last year, Chamber Music Network initiated two new events geared to children and their families: Palooza in the Library! This year, we held two Paloozas: April 22nd at the Boone County Library in Burlington, KY, and May 20th at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in the Rookwood Commons. In April, the Peraza Strings Workshop performed and guitarist James Meade played several short pieces that demonstrated different guitar techniques and styles.
In May, The Peraza Music Workshop and the James Meade Guitar Studio performed. At both events, the Baroque Violin Shop demonstrated stringed instruments in various sizes for our "Instrument Petting Zoo".
