Mark your calendars for another chamber music extravaganza with a wealth of talent from local musicians!
This year we will feature a world premiere piano quartet by Austin Jaquith, composer of concert and film music, as well as a conductor and music professor at Cedarville University.
Featured performers will include: Becki Chesnes (Jazz), Liberty Arts Trio, Corryville Suzuki Project, Moyen Age (Medieval Instrumental), Heri et Hodie (Medieval Vocal), and the Queen City Klezmorim. Peter Boylan will perform the opening fanfare at 12 noon, and Antonio Violins and CSO volunteers will staff the always popular Instrumental Petting Zoo, where visitors of all ages can try various musical instruments.

About Austin Jaquith
Austin Jaquith is a composer of concert and film music, as well as a conductor and music professor at Cedarville University. With many films and two full length ballets to his credit, he has established a reputation for visceral and emotive scores that provide powerful sonic metaphors for visual storytelling.
Notable projects include ‘The Challenger Disaster’ with Nathan Vonminden (feature film), ‘Dracula: Bloodlines’ (feature ballet) with Karen Russo-Burke, and ‘The Legend of Sleepy Hollow’ (feature ballet) also with Karen Russo Burke.
Austin has had many performances by ensembles including the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Springfield Symphony (Ohio). His music has also been recognized by awards from The American Prize, Music Teachers National Association, Indiana University, and many others.
