Palooza in the Park 2017

Young musicians took center stage as Chamber Music Network presented its fifth annual Palooza in the Park.  

 

The event opened with a set by the well-known Bacchanal Steel Band. Student musicians from the Walnut Hills High School Jazz Band, the Finneytown Trombone Trio, My Cincinnati, the Riley School of Music and the Peraza Music Workshop Ensemble also appeared on the bandstand.

My Nose Turns Red Youth Circus performed in the area around the bandstand.  

​

Chamber Music Network is a collaboration of several groups such as Music Under Construction, Chamber Music Cincinnati and Matinee Musicale.

The event is free and open to the public.

SummerFair and the Ohio Arts Council help fund Palooza in the Park.

The Chamber Music Network was established in 2005 to promote interest in chamber music in the Cincinnati area. It is an all-volunteer organization, comprising members of numerous presenting organizations and individual supporters.
